Hesperidin lends a helping hand when it comes to relieving the symptoms of this condition, since it improves lymphatic drainage and capillaries’ strength. A good source of this bioflavonoid would be the white substance that’s found underneath the orange peels.

Zinc aids in the restoration of the balance between estrogen and progesterone, making it an effective tool against the onslaught of perimenopause. Moreover, it’s useful when it comes to maintaining a strong immune system and building strong bones. Recommended dosage is 45mg per day.
